Programming and coordinator monthly calendar events across the Cake Wines food, wine and cultural program. This role extends from making conceving, budgeting and making initial contact with artist, liasing with designers, booking technical support. 

In addition to the in venue events I managed the bars at larger external events including Summer Dance, Wine De Jour and Lovebombs.

Two Up | Talk Series

Founded the talk series Two Up. It is a bimonthly talk series that aims to engage young audiences with new topics. 

Project manages this event. This includes researching and programming the talent. Maintaining the social media channels and website. Liaising with publicity. Negotiating with venues and sponsors. As well as managing the budgeting and finance.

ASOS Supports Talent

Working with artist Amrita Hepi to produce a video work for her ASOS Supports Talent ‘passion project’. This film consists of four individual solo dancers with four of Australia’s best dancers in unique locations across Sydney.

Scouting and assessing various locations for each shoot. Coordinating between venues, crew and artists. Creating run sheets and manageing budgets and ensuring smooth running on the day.

After pARTY is a monthly series of art exhibition/parties transforming Freda’s Bar into an immersive themed environment.

Project manages every aspect from cradle to grave. This includes curation, working with artists to develop ideas. Social media marketing and online publicity, budgeting and sourcing materials, installation, and coordinating with the venue.
